About Us

At Purrfect Friends for Adoption, Inc., we believe that every cat and dog deserves safety, love, and a second chance. Based in Clarksville, Indiana, we are a small but mighty 501(c)(3) nonprofit, run entirely by volunteers who care deeply about animals in need.

We rescue and rehome cats and dogs who might otherwise be forgotten—providing them with medical care, spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, and microchips before matching them with loving families.

But we don’t stop there.

We also help local pet owners in crisis. When families can’t afford urgent medical care for their animals, we step in—because no one should have to say goodbye to a beloved companion just because they don’t have the funds.

Each animal we take in lives with a foster, not in a cage. We believe this personalized care gives every animal the best chance at a happy, healthy life.
